I liked this hotel. I liked its location. Staff was awesome. Always friendly and helpful. Although, the female desk staff can learn a thing from the male staff. They would always great you good morning. You couldn't get three steps out of the elevator or three steps in from the front door before they greeted you. Thanks welcoming. We don't stay at a hotel to stay in the room, we stay where feel welcomed. We will stay again.

Just not as good as they make it out to be. Staff is not very good and does not go out of their way to clean thoroughly. Coffee shop was really the gem that stood out. Great staff working the coffee bar. Coffee was really tasty! Grounds and Location was really a great fit. Everything near by. Sundries is a stack of few items sitting on the counter. Ice machine broke and stayed broke. Did not see vending machines. TV Channels were a complete joke - unappealing. Bring your laptop and Netflix. Just didn't flip my switch. Won't go back cause of the experience within 5 minutes of arriving. Furthermore, with all the fantastic alternatives for lodging and dining in the area - Don't settle for this place... spend a few bucks extra and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

The Trianon Hotel 🏨 👌 is an above average Hotel,the rooms are adequately clean ,the Housekeeping for the rooms is upon prior day request. The gym is pleasantly equipped with workout and body toning machinery and weights. The gymnasium has a full 🛁 🛀 bathroom, which is awesome 👌 👏 👍 you can shower immediately after your workout. The Trianon has a restaurant The Olde Florida Chop House right next to it, in addition to a good Lake House Bar and Grill, the Mixologist Missy is really pleasant and friendly. My first time staying here but most certainly won't be my last.

Boutique hotel next to the Promenade Shopping and dining area in Bonita Bay. Looked like it had a recent upgrade. Stayed a few nights while visiting friends in the area. All front desk people were friendly and attentive. Beautiful view in the back from our balcony. Room (including large bathroom) clean, pool clean, and there are 2 restaurants on property. Would book this hotel again.
