From the ladies at the front desk to the tech's and the Dr. this staff was amazing! I came in with my 93 year old father who doesn't see well or hear well or walk well but each and every individual on this team provided such patience, respect and professionalism! The Dr. gave my dad a thorough eye exam and he is so excited about getting his new glasses!

Ordered new contacts on 9/10 and they were supposed to be ready on 9/21 . On 9/21 I got an email saying that my contacts were delayed and there is no information on the email about when they will be ready . Today is 9/27 and the email is still saying my order is delayed with no expected ready date . This is ridiculous and I’m never ordering through vision works again . Also whenever I call the Mall Corners location , it’s 100% automated and there is no option to talk to a real person .
