Clean room. Dated but good. A/C was cool like I needed. Only downfall was the nasty pool. We spent maybe 5 minutes as it was full of debris and cloudy water. My son was disappointed about that.

The price is right for what you get. The bed appeared clean, I found it comfortable. Location is convenient to I75. There was a dead bug in the room by the floor lamp. The TV volume had to be turned up into the 60's to be heard. The shower barely got hot by the time I was finished and that was with no cold water mixed in. My biggest complaint about motel breakfast is hot water that taste like coffee. I hate coffee and I can't drink my morning tea in coffee water.

UPDATE: We have come back several times and will continue to use this establishment for when we're in town to visit our grandbabies. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Nikki and her team for being over the top friendly, warm and for working with us when something came up. Even our house keeper, Kimberly kept us in fresh supplies through our stays. The customer service is absolutely a main reason we will keep coming back! Original Review: For us, it was great! It's a budget friendly option, we used our Wyndham points to stay and at 7500 points it was what we needed. It is a bit dated, but it was as expected. We were just needing a clean and comfortable room, which we got! A king sized non smoking room with a quiet area to rest (other than traffic but nothing that kept us up at night) This motel is located right off (literally) I75 and had plenty of restaurant or shopping establishments very close by. The staff was absolutely very warm and friendly. My only negative comment is no coffee maker in the rooms but there is coffee in the front office served all day. Pretty decent coffee too I might add. Breakfast is a continental style, grab and go which again for us is fine. Will definitely stay here again when passing through!

Bad: No coffee maker in the room (but I travel with my own for instances like this!). Two light bulbs were out in the room and the front desk staff didn't have access to replacements. Good: Room was clean and spacious. Conveniently located with nearby restaurants, Walmart, gas stations. Room rate was very reasonable. Staff is friendly and informative about the area when asked for tips. Overall a decent stay. I would return to this location.
