I called with a specific part number and they checked and said they had 8, just the amount I needed. Then I drive 20 miles to pick them up, the store manager "who I talked to" couldn't find them. His only reply was " I should have put my hands on them" instead of relying on what the computer showed. No apologies or anything, drive 40 miles to get a part that a computer said was there, great inventory control for sure. At least Advance autoparts offered to ordered them for the next day.

I've been shopping here since they first opened. I have spent a ton of money over the years and have always been treated right until new manager was hired Steven Davis. They have always priced matched or did the best they could for me but under his new management I was trying to get a clutch price matched or even close would have been fine and walked up on him telling the employee we're not price matching shit. When confronted he got confrontational and threw a card at me and told me to call the number on the door if I didn't like it. They really need to take care of this guy before they lose a lot of their long-time customers
