My son is fresh to the area and a college kid to boot. He scheduled an appoint for a haircut and overslept. He wanted a cut for a job interview and yes oversleeping was his fault. However, he was charged a no show fee for the whole cut. Thirty bucks! He's a college kid for goodness sakes. As a freshman he doesn't have a car and this shop was in walking distance. In the future please don't do college kids like this. Charge a fee absolutely but give a bit of grace. As a mom I would sincerely appreciate that!
