With all the recent increases going around the most surprising factor for me to stay is the Maintenace crew. Yet that is one of the main reasons I stayed! Al, Bo, John; have all been there from the start of me moving in over five years ago. I've lived in my fair share of apartments where when something breaks you get treated poorly because you just "rent". They take care things as if I was the homeowner. Which makes the world of difference because this truly is my Home! Add in the fact they have a great sense of humor makes it an easy choice to stay. Also, I can't go without a shout out to Amy the manager. She is also a reason why I stayed; she is always willing to help out with smile. Another note: you can't beat the location everything is walking distance!

I've lived in 3 different states during my life. Of the places I've rented over the last several years, Cortland Heritage District is one of the best. Amy and her entire staff do a great job and handling any issues I've had here as a resident. I love the fitness center and the surrounding grounds. I love this place.

Been Living here a few months, not a bad spot. Walking distance from downtown Gilbert the neighborhood is quiet most of the time and people tend to keep to themselves. Plus pool is always open cant beat that. I just wish they would put some sort of roof on the basketball court during the summers so kids can play more and same goes for their soccer field it has no netting or markers even on just has to post with a hill on the side. Need to re work that. It has a ton of potential also a bench press squat machine in the gym would really be awesome.
