I love seeing all these 5 star reviews, especially when they are only a few months into their product. I guess they had better luck than I did. Give it a years time and see if you can come back and say the same thing. For starters, our kitchen and living room floors were absolutely terrible quality, and installation was even worse. From day one you couldn’t even walk on our carpet where the kitchen and living room met due to the nails sticking out. Yes, they would literally stab your feet, even my kids would complain about it. After numerous times and hours hammering them down it finally seemed ok. This was on a brand new built house, so I don’t know why it was left that way, but it was. Second, our kitchen floors started to separate causing gaps, so Haley’s came out and filled a few gaps with caulk, literally left the tube with us and told us to fill the rest if we spotted anymore. Seriously guys? I cannot and will not recommend your company to anyone so feel free to reply to my post..I’m just stating my 100% honest experience. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but as a Vice President of a customer service company, I always take care of my customers...I can’t say the same for Haley’s.
