Been here twice. Both times placed an online order and both times it wasn’t ready on time. The problem is that there were NO other customers in the store. The employees were just chilling in the back. When she came to the front, she said “it must have just printed”. I legit laughed. Lazy employees.

I have been coming here since the store opened in 2017. Unfortunately with low wage service jobs, there will always be a problem with turnover. This latest batch of teenage high schoolers with short attention spans who constantly ask you to repeat your order to them after it has been given in a conversational medium volume tone is the absolute worst. Then when they are questioned about it - asking are they paying attention - refuse to provide service to the customer because their feelings are hurt. I guess it's too early in their careers to understand that the customer is always right and to take it in stride but to go to the extreme of impersonating a manager when one is requested because of their obstinance is going way too far. Consequently, this location will no longer receive my business.

My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Hulk. Sabrina Wilkes made my drink the best! She was professional and an excellent manager. People should come to this location off of Old Alabama for great and fast service. Wilkes is an asset to the franchise.

People who are working don't feel like working, they close the store at the time they want. Everyone wants to sit around drinking juice every day. Every time I come it's the same.
