As a long time customer, I find it impossible to recommend doing business with them. It's most difficult Io find someone that is willing or able to be of help resolving issues. Their telephone system is like getting onto a merry-go-round. It gets you nowhere. On several occasions, I have requested a call back from someone in management. No response. At this point, I question that they have management. I have had equipment ordered for 2 weeks. I have not been able to determine if it is available or when I will receive it. I get a different "problem solver" each time I call.

I called to order supplies for my mother. First person upon answering says hold a moment then transferred me. That lady transferred me also. The next person tried to transfer but hung up instead. I called back first lady says hold please. After 5 minutes I hang up and call back but now all I get is a voice-mail. I finally left a message requesting supplies. I have my 10 month old grandson and I can't just sit on the phone. You guys need to do better.
