They have always scanned return barcodes for Amazon now all of the sudden the label has to be printed by you and put on the package now I have to pay for the item I cannot return

I have used this UPS quite a few times, and I've had a few instances of rudeness, but they were definitely over the top with unkindness yesterday. So very rude and unhelpful when I called with questions about a shipment, that was supposed to take place 11 days ago. I called a total of 12 times, and they kept answering & hanging up. From the associate, (I'm not sure of her name), to the manager, who stated that his name is Shawn, I could not even state what I needed help with, due to their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and blatant disrespect. They both kept cutting me off and dismissing all that I had to say/ask. When I asked to speak with a manager, I understood why the associate was so comfortable with being rude, because she probably learned that technique from upper management. I was even told by Mr. Shawn, that they had positions available and to come down and apply for a job, if I felt like I could do the job any better. Is that anyway to talk to a customer, who definitely was not being rude, as a customer service representative? No. There’s more, but what I’ve already said is enough to understand how they work. Unless it is an emergency, I will drive to Florida before I use this establishment again.. And the owner’s response to my review says it all. His staff was wrong, and he blames the customer. I didn’t want to come before anyone. I’m also very respectful & kind. I just want answers in a respectful manner. We all have bad days, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat others with disrespect. From the looks of the other reviews, this is a common thing there. Having self control in high stress situations is a thing to learn, as well as taking accountability for one’s actions. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Now, you all have a blessed day.

They digitally print for some states.
Mr Walker in respond to your questions. The store does not accept emails from phone because we had a severe virus that was sent to our store and wipe out all our programs. So we have a rental computer with a secured indept virus protection for customers to log into and print their label. Also you were only charge $3.19 for using the rental computer. There was also a sign that that shows you the price for the rental computer.
