The sun city location is very efficient. They get you in quick and are willing to answer questions and have great knowledge. My only complaint is that charging $199. Every 6 months is a money grab by the state of Florida!! In Ohio you pay the initial fee then when you renew its half the price if your card is not expired and they only renew once a year not every 6 months. So in my opinion this is a money grab on patients looking for holistic health options

I have tried for 3 weeks to get pain cream. I had 3 chats on line with staff and one phone call. The chats took a minimum of 20 minutes only to find the item was out of stock. No one can tell me when it will be available. Very frustrating.

Everyone at the Sun city Center facility was very nice. I had a very informative session to get me started on my journey. ***The only thing that's disturbing for me is that it's nearly $500 a year to have this medical card. I had a medical card in another state and that was not the fee. It's very expensive for someone who is on an extremely limited income.

I was in and out in about 10 minutes and the new patient forms were simple. Just make sure you bring a copy of your medical records that show the diagnosis(es) that you are requesting a prescription for. The staff was extremely friendly and the doctor was very pleasant. He made sure I was knowledgeable about the different types and formulas and which is best for a particular ailment. His clerk was nice and had a lot of information handy and explained well how to finish registering with the State. I paid with the receptionist and went home to register. I had a confirmation email within an hour from the State giving me the go ahead to start shopping. I highly recommend this office.
