They do not participate in Medicare so if you expect a claim to be paid it will not happen. Regardless of their ratings they do no paperwork and Medicare will refuse any payment due you. A word to the wise. Although overall it's a good store to deal with the bottom line is that I'm still out $1300 that I would have received back had I gone to store that accepted Medicare. To me that's a big hit.

A & J Mobility is the only place to purchase an adapted van for the handicapped. I have never had such amazing service anywhere. Alan and John made the entire process seamless and they treated my husband and me with a caring, compassionate attitude. They answered every question and reassured us constantly about the product we purchased. They went above and beyond to help us. Do not even think of purchasing your vehicle anywhere else.
