How is this clown of a postmaster still employed. They lost 50% of the packages you're supposed to get. And the clown just lies his way through it. They won't answer the phone. When they do they hang up and pretend it's an accident, and magically every failure is the shippers fault even when everything is correct. They need to start with the post master (Ring Master) and fire all the clowns under him. Time for some leadership with a clue.

If i could rate this service with a -10 I would . ABSOLUTELY the WORST mail delivery service I have experienced across the United States. Don't even get me started as to trying to speak on the phone with an agent at this office!!! TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

spent 20 minutes trying to talk to a REAL person or to get SCC post office to answer the phone seems the postal service does not care seeing how in Valencia Lakes they dumped a load of magazines that are addressed to Valencia lakes and SCC as well as a few Ruskin addresses !! and actually one was mine! no answer so there is the truth when your mail doesn't come its probably because the carrier dumped it somewhere!!! GREAT JOB USPS no wonder your on the verge of closing !!!! rather my mail be delivered!! NOT DUMPED ANSWER YOUR PHONE WHEN YOUR DONE DUMPING MAIL Magazines that people pay hard earned money for just left behind!!

I cannot rely on this post office to accurately deliver my mail or packages. A package was confirmed delivered to our community mailbox and it never arrived to my mailbox, customer service was no help and the package ended up lost. This, on top of the mail that is continually misorted before being put in the mailboxes. I hope this post office can improve so I can update my 1 star rating.
