There was a lot of old people out having fun outdoors. I did not like it however. There was just too many of them in one place. I started to freak out a little bit. But was able to maintain ancient breathing techniques to remain calm as I tried to imagine them not naked, that would be disgusting but something else. But what tho? I did not know at the time but I knew it better be fast cause they are every where. I mean like the goblins coming outta every nook and cranny in the mines of Moria freakish everywhere. There were dozens upon dozens of them playing shuffleboard, swimming and lawn bowling. And the golf carts just kept coming bringing more and more of them. I felt overwhelmed. What if they went zombie on me? How many could I take? There was too many of them. Would avoid if possible, unless I wanted to live there and was older.

Has every amenity you could possibly want. Tennis, pickleball, ceramics, pottery, stained glass, duplicate bridge, pool, hot tub. If you are bored here, you are choosing to be bored. Covid safe. Masks and distancing!!! And the area has had very few cases since March. Beautiful community!

Sawnrhis question too late.
The Pottery club is only open to residents.
Yes
These is a one time community fee to buy a home in the SCC Community Association. I believe this goes into the facilities or building fund and is your investment in the future of the community. You do not get it back. There is also a $200 per resident annual Community Association (CA) fee. Whether there is an HOA fee depends upon whether you buy into an area that has one. There are many HOAs in the SCC CA. Their fees vary. In my HOA it is $90 per household annually. We love it here!
Our association has a lawn & gardening service. Yours doesn't?
Sorry u have the wrong person
Between 200-300 per person annually

I'm sure there is, someone over at the .CA, could assist you.
Paul SCC is a community, but there are several banks in the area with Notary Services
Unfortunately no. In order to participate in almost all activities you must be a resident and current on your dues. However we welcome you to visit the facilities and many of our art studios have gift shops and we love to have visitors check out our work. There are also clubs that hold performances, and those are open to the public.
