Exit 309 is Marshall's Creek Park n Ride Exit 310 is DWG , the best place to get a bus for Port Authority, NYC.
Depends on the time of day. I find Mt. Pocono early busses 5:40am to be most crowded.
4:25 am Stroudsburg PA to NYC / 12:30am NYC to Stroudsburg PA
No local busses, Take Scranton Martz bus to the Mt. Pocono Casino (or direct to Stroudsburg Martz station), then from casino, take Pocono Pony to Stroudsburg Martz Station, Then Martz or local bus to Effort. (Going off memory from 10 years ago! Sorry!!)
