This is by far the worst property management team ever. Since Jessica the old property manager left and Monica took over I have had nothing but the worst experience . I have been lied to, had my lease extended without signing, never received my deposit I moved out four months ago, I went into the office multiple times regarding my move out fees, and sent emails I finally receive my move out fees just to see that they have added up ridiculous amounts so therefore I will be hiring an attorney. As they do not follow the law nor communicate with tenants. Anytime you go in the office they are on there phones .. and don’t even get me started with maintenance requests the whole time I lived there I put in so many requests especially for the dryer and they never fixed it, there is nooooo after hours maintenance they do not come out or answer!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT ASAP!!! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE SOOOOOOO TRUE!!!!

The neighborhood is quiet, I enjoy the space of the apartment, and it’s in a good area. The new office staff are amazing and I always receive help right away with any concerns. The maintenance team here is the best and they always resolve my work orders in a timely manner . Overall I have enjoyed making this our home for the past 2 1/2 years.

I've been very impressed with this property! They have the best rates out of all the other rental properties I've researched in the area, & at first I worried that it might mean a sub-par experience, but it's honestly one of the nicest properties I've seen in Arizona for an affordable price. Units are gorgeous, & spacious! They don't feel tight & crammed like a lot of other ones I've seen. Everyone I've worked with in the office have been so wonderful, & the manager has gone out of her way to help me so much... Even when this insane housing market is keeping her insanely busy. All around, I have zero complaints!

I have called so many times and have never received a response and have showed up onsite twice now for them to be closed during their work hours shown on google.
