Deserves 0 stars. Ordered two famous bowls and mine had lettuce in it, and no gravy. I've worked food service for years and it's not hard to not cross contaminate ingredients. Shows how clean this establishment is as a whole.

I ordered a large meal- 8 pieces of chicken, 3 large sides, and 4 biscuits. I ordered online for a later pickup. When I arrived at my selected time, my food was on the pick up rack. However, ten minutes later when I returned home, the food was cold. How long had it been sitting on the rack? The chicken was slightly overcooked, the potatoes and gravy tasted strange and looked a little odd. The coleslaw was good. The biscuits were cold. Overall, not a good experience at KFC. I will not be returning anytime soon.

The last two times I have ordered a 3 PC all white dinner. I got charged for it and got a 2 PC both times. They have just lost a customer. They need to teach their Packers how to count.
