The AC tonight wasn't properly set, it was very warm. The seating is narrow, not that comfortable. Otherwise audio/video was good. The staff were great. Price is fair. Time for a make over.

Tonight was a horrible night for myself so I'm trying to push past any negative bias. But service was great although a little cut and dry, could maybe use a little Dutch Bros spirit! But the seating was great as usual, I personally dislike the trailers but i got there really early. And sound was amazing, all around the experience you'd expect from Harkins

Very nice theater, organized and well staffed. *Note added later "Do not buy your tickets online, they charge a $6.00 processing fee." We bought our tickets online before arriving and zoomed right in with no delay. Paid $8 bucks for the movie, $8 bucks for a fountain drink, $8 bucks for a hot dog, and $8 bucks for a bag of popcorn. An anomaly that everything costs $8 bucks. They lost stars for charging a $6.00 processing fee for buying tickets online. This is a money grab! Shame on you Harkins. We all know using the internet saves them money, less staff, no tickets, plan the occupancy of the showing in advance. I will not do that again.

First time back in 14 months and everything went smoothly. Enjoyed the movie, popcorn, etc. Pre-purchased tickets and seat assignments online and showed a QR code to zoom through the incoming line. No standing in line for tickets, etc. Enjoyed the movie and looking forward to more new releases to catch up on what we missed in 2020.
