This location used to be great. Management used to listen to member feedback and really do all they can to implement feedback. The last five years has been quite different. 5am doors are often locked and members have to stand outside sometimes untill 6am and past that time. Lately, the excuse has been low staff or lateness. If staff members aren't waking up to be there at 5am, operations manager can. When you call and try to make suggestions, management does not respond or turn a deaf ear. When you reach out to the corporate office, same silent response. The lights in the aerobics room are turned off so members who come between 5am and 8 or 10am cannot comfortably use the space, yet we are paying to fully utilize the space from 5am. The upstairs heat is turned on so high it is difficult to breathe while running on the treadmill. The facility can actuLly save some money by not turning on the heat early, or on high... Not a single feedback has been implemented, not even a courtesy apology for the many times that the doors aren't open at 5am. It is unfortunate that member feedback and needs aren't being considered and a deaf or blind eye is what we get. If you are someone who just wants to go in and get your workout done, this place can give you that. If you want a place where you are comfortable while running, working out and can actually see what you are doing without tripping, where doors are open reliably on time and respect is given to paying members, then rethink. Their customer service and management attention to members has decline and continues to be so.

Gym was fairly clean and not to packed so all in all it was a good workout. I like the fact they have a crew dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing
