Dr. Welch was amazing. The front desk ladies were amazing as well. Dr. Welch helped explain the issues I am having in a way that was very easily understood. She gave me two options to try as a trial run for now and is very adamant in finding a hearing aid that best suits me and my condition. I highly recommend her.

Hearing aids are very personal products. Before you agree to buy hearing aids, you must be committed to making them work. Most of the hearing aids at Hearing Services of Franklin come with trial periods. During the trial period you must return to the office for at least two follow-up visits. These visits allow our Audiologists to fine-tune your instruments. If you are not able to adjust to your instruments for any reason, they may be returned for a 100% refund within 30 days from purchase.

Each hearing aid is equipped with a microphone.
