COmpletely outrageous!! I live in an apartment and have to pay them $109/month!!! Houses don’t even pay that for water...
The rates billed match exactly what the local water authority uses. We get approval from your property manager or owner every month to ensure rates are billed accurately. There is a billing fee in an amount agreed upon by your property. Otherwise, the amount billed is for exact usage based on the month's meter readings.
