I live in these trailers and it is a bit difficult to find, what I recommend is that you come directly to the office and fill out the application there.

There are some private owned homes for sale. I am not sure where Oakridge is. Please contact the Property Manager for more information.

We currently do not have any company owned homes to buy. We do have some residents who list their home privately - Please inquire with the community office.

Not the greatest area but definitely not the worst either. the schools for those that live here are top excellent I have not seen any reports of crime in the parks on the local police postings Posted December 2022
