This is a nice facility. Plenty of lockers to lock up your valuables. Haven't used the new equipment yet. One note, turn on the shower when you first get there. You get warmer water faster. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nice place to go to.

Used to be much better. No longer open 24 hours. Lack of any new machines since it opened and the close without any notice. If you want to workout with limited hours there are better options out there.

Love this gym, love the non-judgmental atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Everything is clean new (or very well maintained) and there's never a wait for a treadmill. Easy parking is a plus as is the tanning beds, hydro massage beds and the 30 minute workout area.

Yup. I went in a canceled my membership a few months ago because I had switched gyms. Found out today that they’re still charging me, despite me coming in and canceling.

That is correct they will be a guest and have to have someone with them. When they then 16 you can get them a membership

No. Tanning and massage, but only with the black card membership. It's a great gym 👍.
They have personal training and classes available, but it really is not that great. Just my personal opinion. I would look around for other trainers.

I do not know the age limit, but there's a "regular" membership and then the more expensive black card membership. The regular membership is $10 a month and you will be charged a one time fee after a couple of months after you start (i think they called it a yearly fee thing) $40ish dollar charge and I cant rememeber if there is a sign up fee. But they are very clear on all the fees I recieved when I was signing up. They dont surprise charge you. The nice black card membership I believe is $20 a month

Yes, in the old Food Lion. They hope to have it open very early 2019 if not sooner.
In Murfreesboro the age limit is 13yrs old, however I know parents that have brought 12yr olds on a visit and they let them in.
