This is literally the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. I live across the street and come here often for lunch or dinner and I'm always in line for at least 10 minutes, on a good day....... Most days it's 15-20 minutes. That is NOT fast food. The one plus is the food is always fresh but if I'm going to wait 20+ minutes for food I'd rather go to it sit down restaurant.

Just left literally a couple minutes ago. I ordered a spicy chicken combo. Get home to eat my food and I have a some type of hamburger combo. I just ate the Fries and threw the burger out. Didn’t care to go back. The order is correct on my receipt so not sure how they messed that up

So I've been to this location twice and was never able to place and order due to down systems. Corporate needs to make sure this staff has everything they need. They deserve it. I stopped by again and was pleasantly surprised to be able to place an order. I wanted to try the spicy chicken sandwich but I wanted it with beef. I never change orders but it looked so good. Megan said it only came in the chicken Sandwich, then paused and said she could put those toppings on a regular burger for me. I didn't want to be a pain, but the fact she decided in that moment to go the extra mile meant everything! She could have easily just said sorry we don't do that. Seems like such a small thing but I've worked high end customer service for years and you want employees that are willing to serve and go the extra mile. People like Megan and Angelica are what keep a business alive. Please thank them both.

Great drive through location. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were even hot when we got home! (That never happens with other fast food chains.) The spicy chicken is a favorite of mine. The ladies at the drive through window were super nice and friendly. Their joyful greeting was welcome. I will return to this location.
