The food was great service was minimal and the atmosphere was terrible it was hard to find a place to sit that didn't have food on the table or on the seats. But the food was good. Unusually when I order my food I get a beverage with it there was no ice available and the soda did not taste the way that it should because they were having issues with their machines this was a disappointment I like having an ice cold beverage that tastes right with my meal that was not available.

Came here today. They had no soft tacos, no Pepsi and then someone tried to order fries and they also couldn't make this happen. (Am not sure if the fryer was broken or something). Pointless being open though at this rate. Not a great experience here at all.

food quality is extremely low, even by taco bell standards. drink machine was broken. employees don't take your order or acknowledge you standing at the counter. had to use the self order kiosk to even get a meal. food showed up with no napkins or the sauce I requested with the order. nothing available in the dining area either

Because this Taco Bell/Long John Silver's location is horrendous, and the employees are gross and rude. Avoid this location.
I WENT TO THE COCOA Taco Bell and I was shocked it was clean well staffed and had my food with in 5 min.some thing changed good job.
Agree the service there is Unbelievable I feel that this talk about needs a new management quick Before it becomes a dead zone in that location When I enter into the establishment I don't even feel welcomed Unfortunately it's their loss and our loss as well cause I actually like Taco Bell.
