Your state certified birth certificate...social security card...TN high school attendance form(SF1010) with the correct, current address on it... There is no test for a learners permit and no you can't put in an appointment a day ahead however you may be able to call 10min to 5 min ahead to book a spot in line but there system does not allow appointments that I know of

It would be easier just to come up and pop in, there is a lady with glasses on that stands out at the desk to answer questions, making sure people stay in covid guidelines, she can answer your question. My son did. He made the appointment for the written test then he asked if there were road tests available. They got him in for the road test about 2 hours after his written test.

Go online and make an appointment so you can get right in. Take your ID your birth certificate two proofs of residency your social security card. When you get there and they call your number just tell them you need to update your info i.e. no longer a minor... and get a new card you probably will have to pay the license fee again. You can always try to do it online as well. But it's better to go in person.

It depends on when your license expires. Duplicates are eight dollars mainly. Renewals are twentyeight dollars. The more endorsements you have the more it is also.

Typically, what they say is one two weeks. On the paper license(when you unfold it) it has instructions on who to contact if it has been twenty days and you still haven't received your license.

Study the book. Make sure you can pass the vision screening. State certified birth certificate , social security card , two proofs of address. You can use your parents documents if you still live with them and have none of your own. Utility bills that were mailed to the house within the past four months, pay stub, voter's card...things like that you can use for address🙂

You can go to any DSC (driver service center, Tennessee actually doesn't have a DMV. Which sometimes causes issues trying to find locations😅) But the waits have increased quite a bit with the influx of Real ID and new residents. Best to get their before opening and definitely avoid Mondays, Fridays and any time schools out😅

You need "proof of residency ". You need your parents's address, utility bill, and your own birth certificate. I suggest you go to the Tennessee licensing website or call them.
