I came into the testing center on 5.20.2020 to submit all of my paperwork for my new license with the gold star and also get my daughter's learner's permit. She received her new license about a week later and I still haven't received my new one?

Normally it can take up to 2wks but I got mine within 7 days. You can always call to see if it really got mailed out because sometimes they could get stuck in the system. Leslie, you may have to make a trip in person. Good luck!

Thank you, Latray. I have called several times and it always tell me to call back because everybody is busy. I have tried several different times throughout the open hours and cannot get in touch with anyone.

Took me 10 days to get mine with gold star ...that was August 7th ....
