Tammy was very nice while updating my chart and getting my vitals. The 4 year medical student that I spoke with was very professional and I wish him well with school. Shayna was also very sweet and very time efficient. The main area of opportunity that I noticed with this office is the lack of customer service with the front office staff. I was not greeted or even looked at by the lady sitting up front (dark curly hair, blue and pink face mask). She was also quite snappy. I observed another patient walk in and just stand at the front desk in awkward silence before the lady behind the counter even acknowledged her. Even speaking with this office via telephone was unpleasant. I had just started a new job and couldn’t schedule my appointment when they initially called me. The person on the phone told me, “People always have to take off work to attend doctors appointments.” The comment and the tone of the comment were both unnecessary. If you visit this office, be prepared for the lack of customer service in the front but my experience with the provider Shayna was great.

When my car broke down I had to cancel my appointment. A week later they punish me by not calling in my medicine. also was yelled at twice. Will never go back there

She pushes medications, she has messed up my mother, father's, and my medications numerous times. Her staff is great but her methods are outdated. Our family is currently happy seeking a new primary physician.

Kelly is my NP. She is more knowledgeable and thorough than any other doctor that I have had. She spends lots of time and really cares.
