This is an updated review. Previously they were slow and never answered the phone. However now they seem to have gotten things together. Dr. Cheatham is the best, highly recommend him. My only complaint is the hours. Closing at 4:30 during the week is a bit early, but not being open on Saturday is killing a lot of business. All these big factories that work from 7:00am to 3:45/4:00pm 5 days a week have a lot of people (me included) who struggle to find time to get in. I am forced to use PTO to come for a checkup. Please consider opening on Saturdays even if you close at noon.

It is very hard to reach someone when you call. This is completely unacceptable considering that they deal with people's health and well being. I have called this office repeatedly for the past four days and have been sent to voicemail every time. Hire an additional receptionist if you need to but please answer the dang phone. SHEESH!

Dr. Cheatham and Dr. Kym are the best!!! My entire family goes here and love the fact that they actually care about their patients and will take the time to talk things out without trying to rush to the next patient. By far, the best, and most professional Dr's office I have been to, and I have been a patient for years, since moving back to Alabama. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO DR. CHEATHAM AND DR. KYM!!!!!!

The receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. EXTREMELY. Dr. Cheatham just lost 5 patients!!!
