My husband brought my 3 year old in at 6:20pm because her fever wouldn’t stay down, the receptionist turned them away and said the doctor wasn’t seeing any more patients. Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care in Cullman actually stays open during their posted business hours and were able to diagnose/treat my daughters strep throat. If Cullman Regional Urgent care doesn’t want patients after 6pm then they should change their closing time online so that people don’t waste their time.

This urgent care was extremely busy when I was in there there! The office manager was so kind and apologetic for the wait time. However, I was actually in and out pretty quick! Everyone worked together and provided great care!

This is the slowest urgent care I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. Also, you don’t need to COVID test everyone that walks through the door. I’m sure it’s a great insurance-grab, but it’s unnecessary.
