So quick to sign up for a card, and the first book on my reading list was available! What a great resource! I find the staff to be highly responsive. Remember that a librarian's job is more complicated and requires more concentration than we imagine...they are not just customer service clerks waiting to answer our questions.

I've done it at the LIC branch, but not Steinway. I just walked in, told the librarian I had books to donate, she told me where to put them, and have me a donation receipt. Easy peasy.

So far M,W,F 10am-6pm T,Th noon-6 Closed on weekends. Not a large spot. Staff seems helpful to others, I just go here with laptop to work. Masks are optional now.
The library is open Monday through Friday. Hours vary.
