When me and my family went to get my son’s passport done, a man named SUNNY was suppose to help us. But he was incredibly rude. He insulted my parents, and yelled at them because they didn’t speak english. They cane back home confused and upset. I will be contacting management after this.

Agent at the window was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions about mailing packages in a clear and patient manner. She was also offered me the best option for the best price. I usually dread going to the post office, but West Hempstead is where I’ll be shipping from in the future.

they probably won't see this review. But the guy that's there Sonny or Sunny whatever his name is. I went in for a passport renewal. He was very rude, I didn't like the way he was speaking to me. There are a lot more other things to say about him but I don't think it would be appropriate to put down here as a review. Just avoid this guy at all cost.
