All open courts need to be approved by Island Garden staff. There is usually a cost too.
If she mean looking for a trainer. Yes, they have coaches who will teach your son.
Leagues are pretty expensive and I haven’t seen an empty court yet my kids were on teams here ao I was there at least once a week for several months
