Customer service skills are extremely poor. They definitely can use some training even the manager Jessica. I have a email saying I have 82 points to use or it will expire by 11/11/22. She only sees 10 dollars in there system which is odd and I've been coming to them for two years. A whole time line to prove my claim and she's saying she can't go from that why not.? Extremely unprofessional.

The wax they use is very good, gets all the hair without hurting. Also skin feels very soft afterwards! Just one issue for me is that costs are higher here than other places, if they reduce even a little, it would be best!

Yup. Ive gotten it done there and its all done behind a closed door. Also, if you normally shave prior to the wax being done, be forwarned: its gonna hurt. Just a heads up: take tyernol, aleve, aspirin, advil--any painkiller before to help with the inflammation and the pain.

Compared to other places that you have gone to for waxing, how much does it hurt to get waxed here?

Depends on who does your treatment. There are some workers that excel in upper body, some with lower body and others who excel in face. Ask the receptionist who usually does what treatments the most, and take your pick. However, it all depends on you; if you have a high pain tolerance, you'll be fine... vice versa if you have low pain tolerance. Your wax technician will reccomend you come regularly if you do find your treatments painful and depending on your hair growth.
