My housing director at UTI.mmi in pheonix set me up in the apartments here when I relocated from West Virginia. It's really nice, clean, friendly good natured staff. I absolutely love this place and all the extras such as the well maintained pools, gym, and lounge are more than I expected for student accomodations. Had an issue with water not getting hot enough. Within ten minutes they had someone to fix it.

The place is really really nice, very calm and friendly. The only issue is trying to get a hold of the office. For maintenance or question of your profile I can’t never get a hold of them… yeah.

I have been apartment hunting for a while now and came across Ashton Pointe. I had such an amazing experience at Ashton Pointe, and the lady who helped me out was Taylor! She was very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone else who is looking for a new home.

After visiting on Saturday, this community is very much at the top of my list. I was greeted by the friendliest office staff and as a first time renter all my questions were answered even was given a business cards if I had any questions after. Called back 3 times after with questions I forgot to ask LOL. I viewed the two bedroom and the one bedroom because I work from home and the tech center is a nice touch! Thank you Ashlee I hope to visit soon.
