Extremely unsatisfied of the service I received while at the driving academy. I went in to confirm someone who spoke Spanish would be available to assist and when we arrived to our appointment the “Spanish speaking” instructor spoke only in English while assisting us and gave instructions only in English and because I was not able to understand what was being asked throughout the driving test It resulted in a failed test.

They are courteous and professional, but I felt unnecessarily strict. Really felt like they want you to fail (everyone in the waiting area failed). Did our retest somewhere else and passed first time, easily.

If you are over 16 years old, then no. Classes aren't required, but they do lower you insurance rates. We have several options other than attending a formal class that can help you pass you permit test.

Hi, You would use our car unless you have a DUI interlock permit. If the crack is in the view of the driver or tester we would not be able to use that vehicle.
