I was used to take my bike to Bicycle Village, which is permanently closed, so found this bike shop. I took my bike last Saturday and the customer service was great, they made a couple of adjustments, lubricated the chain and was ready to go, however, Ashton offered to give it a wash, saying that if it wasn’t ready that day, it would be ready on Monday since they don’t open on Sunday. I didn’t hear from them either Saturday or Monday, so I called on Tuesday, and they said that my bike was misplaced and it did not get washed. :(

Absolutely the best bike shop I’ve ever visited. They’re extremely knowledgeable and are always honest about the most cost effective options when upgrading or replacing components. Ashton and Erik have helped me out countless times, and Ashton even went as far as to FaceTime with me to help when I was traveling to Kona, HI for an Ironman race and was having multiple issues after reassembling my bike, after my flight. The staff genuinely care about you and your riding experience, and go above and beyond all expectations! I’ll never take my bike anywhere else!
