Most Best buy stores have great customer service, this is one of the other ones. While we were shopping going up and down the same 3 isles we came across a few employees. That just walked by. If they noticed that I was signaling for assistance, I couldn't say. That's how fast they walked past. There were two young men standing at the cell phone area registers, we had a lovely view of the back of their heads. We walked past two more employees on the way out that were just as helpful.

Nice store. Clean and organized. The staff was friendly. They asked why I was taking pictures, I let them know it was for my Google guides hobby. They were professional, courteous and understanding. They also had the ink cartridge I was looking for. Good experience all around.

Staffs usually always friendly. Usually has what we need and if they dont they help find a location that does. Displays are nice. Usually i have to drag my boyfriend out of there before he buys the whole store

Had a laptop hard drive failure. After checking it in, I mentioned a trip I would be on and they said they would get right on it and they did. Ben called me to confirm the problem and recommended other might as wells. The job was done the next day. Ben even stepped out from the back to discuss it when I picked it up. Love the Geek Squad warranty service. Ben is terrific.
