Cedar Gardens management only enforces rules on those that they choose. Barbara Creese in Apartment 406 has a mess of trashy tables, pictures, rugs, and planters outside despite a notice to clean up by Oct 1, 2021. She also has 3 extra residents living with her that are not on get lease. One is her grown son who works 50+ hours a weeks. She is scamming Metro West, the housing authority, and getting financial assistance for her electric bill when she has no need. She is allowed to smoke cigarettes in front of my apartment even though I'm on oxygen and it could blow up my apartment. Not to mention the stink on my bedding, clothes, and prayer rugs. But apparently this is okay. She has been here for 25 years causing trouble and being a gossip monger. The management allows that too. I feel like I'm living in a middle school and management allows it. Even though she is breaking the lease. Apparently that's okay if management likes you. I spoke to Kim from Metro West today about Barbara's son living here with 2 child abuse charges that violated his parole. And how Barbara gets away with whatever she wants. Kim was very receptive to my concerns and sympathetic to my cause. I appreciated it a lot.

Metrowest Housing Solutions should be investigated for accepting bribes...allowing heroin into maplewood apts...theresa folks and other management staff should at the very least be fired.in hindsight I should have fought the bogus stalking charge.paula bolton who is no longer an employee terrorized residents. Upper management allowed this to occur.spoke to paula she said theresa was involved.

Good morning, call the property where you placed your name on and find out where you're at on the list.
That is true, parts of Denver is higher than surrounding areas. Metro West can answer what community you are looking at.

You have to check their website often to see if it's open. You can't apply for the waiting list until then. You have to wait for the open enrollment period, which only opens for 2 days, every 2 or 3 years. Even then it's a lottery, so there's no guaranteed you'll get it. Good luck.
