Almost 24 hours since the power outage, we still don't have an estimate on when electricity will be restored. The message I continue to get is "We are assessing damage. Thank you for your patience." Meanwhile, I don't even have heat or hot water at home, and tonight there will be freezing temperatures. Oh, and all of my food is also going to waste. Great job, Xcel!
