Not sure how an establishment that holds all of my money can refuse to let me use their bathroom. Waiting in their bank to see someone and they say sorry no public restrooms. So I had to leave and drive elsewhere to use the bathroom and then come back and wait in line again. I will be looking into credit unions and other places to keep my money because this business is a joke.

Everytime I go here there is 2-3 tellers working, 7-8 employees standing around and a line of customers to the door. Their customer service is fine, but they either need to hire more tellers, or have a quick service line. Took me 25 minutes to get change for $5 (needed coins)

I've been meaning to make a deposit for a few weeks but the drive thru remains closed. Recently, I went inside a branch and experienced long lines inconveniencing my day. From previous reviews, I can concur the lines are excessively long and I am unsure why the drive thru remains closed. I bet they'll say it's to protect their workers but knowing the financial investments made by Wells Fargo such as private prisons, I doubt they really care.

Come on Wells Fargo. You can do better than this. The wait times and Customer Service are in desperate need of help here. Jennifer at the Drive Through window needs some serious training on working with customers. With Employees like her your not going to have any customers to serve.
