2021yr Has anyone else that lives here received a credit on their rent and then get another notice several months later saying that you didn't have a credit and that now you have to pay the back rent? This happened to me in September later on my door from the office stadium I had a $975 credit to only pay $100 in September it is now December and they're telling me that that was incorrect and then I have to pay the back rent now plus the new rent or I'm going to be evicted and I can't talk to any of the old people that were management because they quit or fired.

I paid the $150 to be on the waiting list. They told me it was approximately a six-month wait, and I was number seven on the list. Whenever I called, they told me exactly where I was on the list. I got into my apartment two weeks shy of six months. The $150 went straight to my security deposit, and it did not cost anything to be on the list. Don't believe the negative reviews below. It is also under new management. The apartments are older but very spacious for the price. I just moved in, but so far so good, and you can't beat the mountain views!
