I moved to Denver in late August, have been incredibly busy since moving. I had wanted to find a gym to get my “super stud” body back and have toured every location in walking distance from my Downtown Apartment. Nothing compares to this location. The price, in exchange for the amount of equipment, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, showers….unmatched in any location, INCLUDING Denver Athletic Club. The Colorado Athletic Club was gracious and very forthcoming with the facts. I sincerely appreciate Liv and Max for their understanding as I had a late work call I had to take during the signup process. I usually would never allow myself to be that distracted during an agreement, but alas….work. Max went ahead and handled everything for me while I took care of work. If that wasn’t impeccable and absolute service, I don’t know what is. I greatly look forward to coming to this location 5 days a week and to show off my progress in the clubs! :) Once again, thank you Max Sherman for everything today and making my gym hunt come to a much appreciated end! To all of the haters saying it is too expensive….be logical and look at what your getting for that price, the amenities and service is unmatched by every gym in the entire Denver metro area, including the Denver Athletic Club.

I'm typing out my whole experience to warn any potential new member to the CAC of its pitfalls and its benefits. The gym is nice, close to downtown, and pre-COVID, had great amenities, but for the cost, poor customer service, and inability to flex with the times of COVID, I'd avoid going here. I initially signed up in Feb 2020 for what was advertised as a "First 3 months for $50/month, and $100/month thereafter, cancel at anytime after the first 3 months" deal. They told me it was a "young member special", so naturally being new to Denver, I signed up right away with my brother (already a member at CAC) present. They put down by backup email for some reason and I wasn't notified that my payment didn't go through. I also learned that they charged my account the standard rate, not the offered discount. When COVID hit in March, I suspended my membership, but I was continuing to be charged through April at the standard rate, not the advertised on I signed up for. I called to dispute the charges with the club directly, and the associate who signed me up for the deal said "I would never offer anyone a deal like that", which was a boldface lie. My brother was a witness as I signed the contract. After getting nowhere with the club, I was told to call Membership Accounting - All they do is tell you to email Membership Accounting. I submitted my appeal, it took a week for a response, and there was no consideration given to my dispute. They only told me to pay what was outstanding and that they cancelled my membership. All in all, I'm disappointed with the service provided here. It's a great facility, but pretty much zero likelihood I renew my membership. I'll give them two stars because the steam room was pretty great.

LOVE MY GYM! I am not sure why there are so many poor reviews. I waited 7 months before writing my review because I wanted to see if “the other shoe would drop”. The staff and concierges are ALWAYS friendly warm and welcoming. The facilities are always impeccably clean and tidy. (VERY important with COVID) I travel a great deal for work and whenever I’m on my flight home I think of working out and relaxing in the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. I truly enjoy coming here. I also take advantage of their massages you are able to book. Maricela is top notch and always gets the kinks out. The clientele that patronize the facility are the type of people I enjoy being around as a business lady, wife and mother. I cannot recommend enough. I just wish the juice bar would open again soon, properly.

Not a great experience. The pool water was always too cold to swim in comfortably and the bottom of the pool always has mini debris floating around. This club is way overpriced for what is offered and the memberships are not clearly explained in writing. The fees for pausing a membership for medical reasons are absolutely nonsense, and/or cancelling and trying to get any refund is a nightmare.

Not too bad. They are connected to a large parking structure w plenty of parking. It can get confusing in there so pay close attention to where you park
A lot. One of the higher prices for gym membership in the area. I believe it's over $100 a month. Three months upfront.
