Staff was nice once I got to the counter even tho it was only 4 or 5 customers.. customer service goes a long way when you speak and at knowledge someone when you walk by them or ask a question..

The reason I am giving this store 1 star has to do with the following situation. We had our car battery checked at this location. The technician had us rev the engine. I though to myself that I never had to do that before when the car battery was checked. The technician said it was the alternator, but we took the car to another car store and got a second opinion. It was the car battery. The battery was 7 years old and two years out of warranty. So the AutoZone technician needs to be retrained to so that they give people the right information about their car battery.

Clarify... taillight lens or bulb? Lens- Possibly but would need to be ordered. I'd recommend Amazon Bulb- Absolutely can find it at the AUTOZONE Install?? No on both. They can test batteries, replace wipers and run diagnostics on a check engine light but when it comes to a taillight bulb or lens, you'd need to do that yourself.
