The service for the most part is great. They were able to replace the broken glass in my window. The technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable. The few things I had slight issues with is first. Just wish they could have given me an estimated time after I made the deposit. Then the second thing I wish they would have done is measure the window better. The vertical height is fine but the horizontal height was not measured correctly. It need to be roughly half an in bigger or a little more in order to match the previous one. Now since it is too small on width, I end up seeing the seal between the two panes of glass compared to all my other windows. Black seal is new and white seal is what it should have been.
