Went into branch to pull out funds and possibly close account. Have been having a lot of issues with Vystar. I had the pleasure of meeting Sierra Smith the teller that assisted me. She was so kind and knowledgeable about things that could improve my account and noted that I have been a customer of Vystar since the late 90’s and valued me as a customer and she went over and beyond to assist me and keep me as a customer. I really truly appreciate her and all that she did for me. She is the reason I did not close my account. She deserves a promotion raise and any and everything that can be offered to her. Vystar has a true gem/diamond in her and needs to recognize her and treat her as the most precious jewel that they have because she is.
