Very disappointed with this company. First of all you have to order by sending an email, no one assists you over the phone. Okay not the worst case scenario. Our order came and the furniture was was so beat up. The wood chairs were so so scratched up and flimsy. We called to have them exchanged. We were told they were coming that day between 3-4p along with the linens and we waited and waited but no one showed up. No phone call or anything. I even called around 345p and spoke to someone apologizing that they left earlier messages in which they called my desk phone and I was out of the office. No one said anything to me at that point about our delivery. The next day we called and were told by Dan the dispatcher they were coming in the morning, which they knew the day before but didn't bother telling us. I had to ask if the new chairs were more or less money, they were less so I was told I was getting a $30 refund. I also asked since we were inconvenienced if we could have a 10-12p pickup the next day which they couldn't even confirm that. My party planner called to tell Dan how upset she was with the service, especially since she recommended them to us. He said he would compensate us. So I called him and asked him how was he compensating us? He said the $30 for the chairs. That was not compensation that was a refund for the difference for the new chairs we ordered. He told our party planner he would talk to someone for compensation but as of now that didn't happen and believe me I am not expecting it. The next day I called to ask about the pickup time. I was told that they will find out and call me back. An hour or so later I called back since no one reached out. The girl I spoke with told me they were on their way. So I right away called the owner of the home to let her know and she said they had picked up and were gone. No one knows what is going on there such a shame. We also tipped both sets of deliveries so it's not like we took it out on the delivery guys. On a positive note, they did show up the next day before 11am as I asked, I guess that was my compensation. That actually gave them their 2nd star. They should really update or fix some of their furniture. It's a shame they let some of it leave the warehouse in some of those conditions. Their tables and chairs are beat up. The dishes, silverware, glasses and linens are great no complaints there.

I cannot thank Elite rentals enough! We just had a wonderful large garden party (a Celebration of Life party) for my mom. Everything they did was incredibly beautiful and the items such as linens , glassware, chairs, bar, tableware was completely stunning! They had to work in a smaller space within our garden backyard and created a perfect L shape with 2 beautiful scalloped edge tents. Every person setting up was professional, kind, and so helpful! The items they have are absolutely beautiful and come sparkling and ready! Thank you so much Elite, you helped make our day one we’ll remember forever! Cynthia and Amanda (Tailored Fox Events).

Shop around!! Tents are in higher demand right now and some elevation in price is to be expected (20-30%) but these guys are price gouging (no way you survive as a business at 2X+). Quote received was more that 2X every other competitor in the area. I even called back to see if they made a mistake and give them a chance to correct - person said no mistake but they would share with owner. Elite tent was referred to us by our caterer (Prime Fine Catering - Garden City).
