Just spent $150 dollars at this Kroger on 23 items and didn't receive medicine that I purchased in my items. Called customer service employee checked the register where I purchased a $20 medicine. Said that the cashier handed me the bag (she didn't hand me any bags actually) and I'm like I don't have it. Asked to speak with a manger he was to busy to take my call. She tells me she doesn't have the authority to do anything. And her hands are tied and to call back tomorrow or later because they don't close till 10pm. We are not visiting this establishment anymore. Overpriced and poor customer service. I am absolutely floored at how poor their customer service is.

The store is generally well stocked and neatly arranged. There is a good selection of products. The produce looks fresh. Even when there are lines, they try to keep them moving quickly.

This is one of the older locations…it’s smaller and not as shiny and bright however, I’ve found tasty 😋 prepared fried chicken, good deals on fresh seafood, bargains on plants, and most recently they had several types of pretty apples. Friendly staff and a great location. Near a branch of Navy Federal Credit Union, the Kempsville Library and Rec Center.

Pretty decent Kroger, although it feels a bit claustrophobic probably because of the low hanging lights. The store is well organized and clean for the most part and there are good sales like most every Kroger has. I couldn’t find too many employees despite the store being rather busy on a Saturday afternoon. Despite that, I had a good shopping experience but do still prefer my regular Kroger

Ralphs is a subsidiary of Kroger
Have you tried Krogers. Also Whole Foods has a lot of great produce.
