Now THIS is customer service done right! I called to have my deadbolts changed out and within minutes someone called to confirm our appointment for that afternoon. The gentleman arrived before me and was incredibly polite, professional and even took the time to set my mind at ease about the lock housing. Now, here's where it gets really good.. I asked for his business card and to my surprise it wasn't the same company I thought I called. The next day, I called the initial number and the owner explained that if he doesn't have someone available, he contacts a trusted competitor on the customer's behalf. That is EXCELLENT customer service! Going the length to make sure the client is served promptly. Thank you to you both, Good Lock and Speedy!!

I just purchased a home and needed 4 locks changed. They were punctual, courteous and fast. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. A little pricey but worth it. Certainly would recommend and use them again.

Great experience, Jacob was incredibly professional and good natured throught the process. He explained what he needed to do clearly and was straightforward. Even though my car had a key code issue that still baffles me he got the job done quickly! He's a great guy and skilled locksmith and communicator and i will be recommending him to my friends and family if they ever get stuck like I did.
