This as a terrible laundromat coming in here and hearing they have no coins is like going in to a restaurant and the ran out of food plus not the best attitude by the person telling you this is like I made a mistake by asking for coins to spend in this business and to top it all I had to sit and wait on a manager to bring coins and here I am since this si the nearest to my house last time I’m doing business here.

The older Hispanic lady that works there is very rude I've been going there for a couple of years but today I had to tell her about herself. She doesn't like black people I've seen her be rude to many that have come there. I wouldn't go there unless you're in the mood to deal with BS.

Worst experience at a laundromat ever. At first everything started out so well. I put my towels in the washer THEN I placed MY MONEY in the machine TO WASH! After that I dried them, only to be accused of not washing here. First violation, they did not check their cameras before approaching me. Second violation, their cameras do not even work properly. Third violation, the lady with the long “Black Ponytail” should not be in anyone’s customer service position all together. Her attitude is the kind that gets a person as far as they can move in a standstill, nowhere. Fourth violation, the manager welcomes discrimination. Trust I get it, some will wash here for convenience, but to you all who do have a choice and really go based on reviews... Go somewhere else like I will do with my coins. They do not care about their customers, only their dryers. Date of Incident June 20, 2019

Washers are easy to figure out on your own. Dryers are a bit more complicated. Make sure to look for one that is not blinking .25 and it will be fine. There were kids running around all over the place. The TVs were all on the Hispanic stations. Staff was prompt fixing people's issues with machines.
